I booked your tour, where do I go for pick-up?

All of our public tours offer multiple conveniently located pick-up options throughout Niagara Falls & Niagara-on-the-Lake. Feel free to join us at any of our stops, as our drivers go to all stops either way

I need to cancel my booking, will I be charged a fee?

Our cancellation policies vary on which type of tour you are booked for. All public tours require a minimum of four days prior to tour date. Private tour charters have customized cancellation dates. Check with our staff.

How do I revise or cancel my tour reservation?

Niagara Fun Tours requires an email to change, cancel or modify a current tour reservation. Email us – info@niagarafuntours.com

Are there any Free Parking options for your public tours?

Free parking options are available at both the Ramada Lundys Lane pick-up location and the Perfume Factory location. Visit our pick-up schedule page for further details.

Why am I required to submit my credit card when booking with a pre-paid voucher?

Our provincial sales tax of 13% (HST) is NOT billed when you purchase an online voucher like a Groupon, Wagjag or Travelzoo. Niagara Fun Tours is responsible for collecting this tax. Amount of HST is outlined when completing the form page of your reservation.

Is lunch included on your tours?

Only our public Niagara Wine Tour (Apr-Dec) offers a stop for lunch along the way. Cost is extra for lunch, and the exact location is not determined until closer to tour date. Lunch is optional on private tours, inquire with our staff for details.

How do I check availability prior to purchasing an online voucher?

Before purchasing that Groupon or Travelzoo voucher, feel free to double check availability for any specific date. Just visit the tour page on our website and locate the booking calendar. We will let you know immediately if the tour is sold out

How many people are allowed on your tour bus?

Our large multi-passenger touring buses can fit up to 50 people. Niagara Fun Tours operates at a reduced capacity during COVID-19 restrictions. For up-to-date information, please email or call us

What do I do if I am running late for pick-up?

We ask all of our guests to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to our posted departure times. If you cannot make your preferred pick-up location, please proceed to the next feasible pick-up option

How many wine samples can I expect while on tour?

Each winery is different when it comes to the type of wine they pour and the quantity of samples. Most places we visit offer 2-3 complimentary samples, with the option to purchase additional tastings or wine by the glass

Is there a guided tour at one of the wineries?

Guided winery tours are not guaranteed as they depend on group size and the amount of time required. Your driver will notify you if a guided winery tour is possible.

How much can I expect to spend on lunch?

Our public Niagara Wine Tours make every effort to take its groups to affordable and fun places to eat. Estimated cost of most lunches: $10-$15.

What can I expect from each winery?

Each winery we visit will allocate around 20-30 minutes for a structured wine tasting, along with a brief tutorial from its staff. Enjoy an additional 15-20 minutes to shop & explore
